From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: to serve exceptionally tasty and authentic Ethiopian coffee in a modern, welcoming space. Our very first coffee shop quickly became a local favorite, attracting a loyal community of coffee lovers who appreciate the unique flavors and warm atmosphere we offer.
Driven by the love and support of our customers, we decided to take our passion for Ethiopian coffee beyond borders. Today, Elijah Coffee proudly exports its rich coffee experience to the United States, bringing a true taste of Ethiopia to coffee enthusiasts across the country.
But we're more than just coffee beans. Elijah Coffee is the first in Ethiopia to export a unique and traditional beverage made from coffee foliage blended with a variety of local spices. This special drink, commonly enjoyed in Wolaita and other southern parts of Ethiopia, is cherished not only for its distinctive flavor but also for its medicinal value and cultural significance.
